Twice this week people shared their recent funeral experiences with me. They were either the only attendee at the funeral or they were unable to attend at all.

“The rituals around death are so important for healthy grief… Grief is a time of connection. We’ve always been able to…gather for a funeral. All that is gone.” - David Kessler, co-author of, “On Grief and Grieving”

Love all around, above, below, to the left and to the right, before you and behind you,

P.S. – Don’t forget to breathe this week.
